We are currently seeking expressions of interest for an Administration Officer to assist with daily office duties for our Melbourne based client.
This may be a 6-12 month contract.
Monday to Friday roster available.
- Invoice tracking
- ITP (inspection and test plan) gathering and compiling
- Freight tracking
- General administration duties
- Clear communication and collaboration with management and broader operational team
- Ability to provide reports and communication both internally and externally
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Sound background in administration
- Self-motivated with the ability to use own initiative
- Strong planning, problem solving and organisational skills
- Solid verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail
